I just stumbled across this GEM and have to share...

GLAAD which was a LGB charity, but now goes heavy on the T, has compiled a fairly comprehensive list of well known gender critical people, and quotes of what they said that was turfy.

It's actually a fantastic resource! It's made me laugh because I think it probably has the opposite effect of what they intend.. here is a huge list of people and their well reasoned objections to the Gender Church, all in one place. It's quite convincing...

''^The GLAAD Accountability Project catalogs anti-LGBTQ rhetoric and discriminatory actions of politicians, commentators, organization heads, religious leaders, and legal figures, who have used their platforms, influence and power to spread misinformation and harm LGBTQ people.''
^

Likk below... I've linked you to Germaine Greer, but if you scroll down towards the bottom there is a drop down menu with all the names... You can click each names for their quotes....

Enjoy!

Bare faced cheek of them calling it the ‘accountability project’!!

Who the fuck do they think they are?!?!

IcakethereforeIam · 17/01/2023 09:23

I find it sinister, in a 'first against the wall come the revolution' kind of way.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 17/01/2023 09:56

Very American and I think politically oriented too. Most of the names are also male.

The introductory page is a bit scary. Monitoring dissent (and science).

Hmm. Which other political groups can we think of who kept lists of those to be rounded up and punished for truthing when power was achieved?

Think some of them had black leather trench coats and a limp.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 17/01/2023 10:12

Being the US it reminds me of McCarthyism.

NotBadConsidering · 17/01/2023 10:42

Yes, that’s it, McCarthyism.

The term has since become a byname for defamation of character or reputation by means of widely publicized indiscriminate allegations, especially on the basis of unsubstantiated charges.

And also an irrational fear and hatred of individuals deemed to be dangerous on ideological grounds.
