I don't think the person should be executed, but that's because I don't believe in capital punishment.

I also think its inhumane to keep someone on Death row for so long.

I wonder if this is really a defence of the killer. Maybe it's just a subtle way of saying "real women don't actually do this sort of thing".

And then there's the "give him, sorry her, mercy because he, sorry she, is remorseful" malarkey. Given the details of his crime and the court case, I doubt that. He's just going for one of those clemency for an unusual case dispensations.

Do bear in mind that the legal definition of rape can vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. A penis is required to commit rape in the UK but may not be so where this loathsome creature committed his crimes.

To be frank, at this moment I don't care. Commit a crime like rape and murder in a place that does carry capital punishment then tough.
