She wrote an interesting response to a woman whose husband wants to transition to being a transwoman. Seems much, much more empathetic than I would expect coming out of the guardian.

Philippa Perry often speaks a lot of sense and advice from someone married to a transvestite is definitely lived experience.

What is clear from the response is she is focussed on the woman writing to her, and not the husband's wants/needs etc. That makes a refreshing change.
