Labour just works by quotas. If there is a quota to be filled then they will find the candidates but a different story when there is leadership election.

Don’t blame the quotas. I’m in oz and our labour party introduced quotas decades ago, the libs refused of course. We have had a labour female prime minister and have strong women ministers in the labour govt, the extremely fabulous Penny Wong being the most senior of them. Blame the uk Labour Party.
