I’m not sure it can be termed a protest if you follow someone to the pub - where they’re simply having a drink with a friend - and harass them as a group.

That’s not protesting against a position or a policy. It’s straight up harassment of someone you don’t agree with.

That’s the nub of the thing, isn’t it? It’s nothing to do with the event or the organisation, it’s to do with harassing two individuals who are acting in private capacity. Because picking off individuals is how nasty little bullies behave.
