A predatory sex offender in a women’s prison!!!!

I can’t post/reply on the FB post our local constabulary put out about this to point out the facts about this offender but I am furious and feel so helpless.

Most of those who have posted have only read the headline and not the facts within the article, this is not our crime!

Despite her age she will have a massive size/strength advantage over the females within that prison.

I fear for their safety in this batshit world.

They haven't made anything clear at all. If they had there wouldn't be a man in a women's prison and the police wouldn't be warning people who point this out, about Hate Speech.

I don't think that they are claiming that it wouldn't happen under Labour, I think the point is that it is already happening under the Tory party which claims to know what a woman is.

The UK Gaols Act 1823 - 1823!!, 200 years ago!!! - stated that female and male prisoners should be kept separated as well as requiring the installation of female wardens to guard female prisoners.

It's not the fault of the Tory Party, it's the fault of the law - which was introduced by a Labour government.

Last year, some of you will remember, the prison service's policy of putting trans women in women's prisons was challenged in the courts. The judge ruled that the policy was lawful - even though it disadvantaged female prisoners. You can read the judgement here:
