Eunuch-the new gender identity for children - WPATH Guidelines

A day or so ago, the International Journal of Transgender Health has published the new Standards of Care for the Health of Transgender and Gender Diverse People, Version 8 (Google tandfonline plus this long title and you get the pdf as a second l result)

this new standard of care has apparently removed all age requirements for children for mastectomies, hysterectomies, penile inversions and such (I personally haven’t verified this)

but what is unbelievable they have introduced a new gender identity and they have dedicated a choke chapter for it, chapter 8, : eunuchs.

if you search for eunuchs (the pdf is searchable) you’ll come across this

“As with other gender diverse individuals, eunuchs may also seek castration to better align their bodies with their gender identity. As such, eunuch individuals are gender nonconforming individuals who have needs requiring medically necessary gender-affirming care (Brett et al.,”

“Like other gender diverse individuals, eunuch individuals may be aware of their identity in childhood or adolescence. Due to the lack of research into the treatment of children who may identify as eunuchs, we refrain from making spe- cific suggestions.

Eunuch individuals may seek medical or surgical care (hormone suppression, orchiectomy, and, in some cases, penectomy) to achieve physical, psychological, or sexual changes (Wassersug & Johnson, 2007).”

So what I’d like to understand is how a child or a teenage boy arrives at this “eunuch“ identity? And why adults and professional doctors etc don’t think child abuse first and or porn (though I have a hard time imagining just porn as a factor).

Right now while they “refrain” from making specific suggestions in one paragraph , they do make plenty in the next paragraphs or other paragraphs, it’s all about affirming, and medical and surgical “care”. There is nothing about exploring these children mental health.

they used to have age restrictions recommendations for irreversible surgery for children, apparently not anymore. Maybe it would have been too much to say it from the start. it won’t be long till there are specific instructions to provide these surgeries for these children with mo age restriction.

so this is where we”re at.

the general public will come to know this in about 10 years, by then with “let’s be open, let’s be kind”, look at these kids, they really want it, “do you want an eunuch child or a dead one?” and other psychological manipulation, it will slowly become more and more mainstream.

apparently there are already sites and communities for it and there will be no shortage of troubled or abused kids to be groomed into. Plus read the article on reduxx titled “Top Academic Behind Fetish Site Hosting Child Sexual Abuse Fantasy, Push To Revise WPATH Guidelines”. Written in May, it has come true now. The guidelines have been revised.

i can hardly believe this is happening. Someone said online the next step is “children attracted to adults” which will conveniently shift the narrative from pedophiles. With no age for irreversible surgeries, and push that children can consent to it, I can see it coming too.

It is all so sinister. I was trying to tell a family member about this stuff recently and they just simply did not believe me. I agree that it sounds absolutely insane to people who know nothing about it.

why are these people not thinking child abuse when a boy says he wants his genitals cut to be an eunuch?

it’s not just one doctor that published this, many, many. And just recently they tried to sneak it into Scottish trans care (there is another reduxx article on that).

Wtf are they on?

Is there some master plan to try and reduce population size by letting all this go through unchallenged? How exactly does this fit with the police concerns and prosecution around FGM?

if eunuchs gets normalised, I see fgm being next to be destigmatised too. Just stamp it as an “identity “ etc.

Eunuchs have been around for centuries - seem to remember Egyptian and Chinese cultures young boys were designated as eunuchs weren't they and assigned to court as advisors??

Being a eunuch has never had anything to do with gender identity.

It was always a social construct: something that was done to slaves/servants to make them easier to control and also so they could look after and guard women (harems).

Any healthcare professional who would consider doing this to a child or teenager or even an adult should be in a prison cell.

There have been several religious castration cults in history, notably the Cybele cult in the Roman Empire and the Skopsty in Russia much later.

Honestly if this was the plan and they would own it I would be less troubled.

Of course everything about gender identity is without logic and defies reality but to identify as eunuch??? Surely the whole point of being a eunuch is that it isn't an identity it is a physical post surgical reality?
