Eunuch-the new gender identity for children - WPATH Guidelines

A day or so ago, the International Journal of Transgender Health has published the new Standards of Care for the Health of Transgender and Gender Diverse People, Version 8 (Google tandfonline plus this long title and you get the pdf as a second l result)

this new standard of care has apparently removed all age requirements for children for mastectomies, hysterectomies, penile inversions and such (I personally haven’t verified this)

but what is unbelievable they have introduced a new gender identity and they have dedicated a choke chapter for it, chapter 8, : eunuchs.

if you search for eunuchs (the pdf is searchable) you’ll come across this

“As with other gender diverse individuals, eunuchs may also seek castration to better align their bodies with their gender identity. As such, eunuch individuals are gender nonconforming individuals who have needs requiring medically necessary gender-affirming care (Brett et al.,”

“Like other gender diverse individuals, eunuch individuals may be aware of their identity in childhood or adolescence. Due to the lack of research into the treatment of children who may identify as eunuchs, we refrain from making spe- cific suggestions.

Eunuch individuals may seek medical or surgical care (hormone suppression, orchiectomy, and, in some cases, penectomy) to achieve physical, psychological, or sexual changes (Wassersug & Johnson, 2007).”

So what I’d like to understand is how a child or a teenage boy arrives at this “eunuch“ identity? And why adults and professional doctors etc don’t think child abuse first and or porn (though I have a hard time imagining just porn as a factor).

Right now while they “refrain” from making specific suggestions in one paragraph , they do make plenty in the next paragraphs or other paragraphs, it’s all about affirming, and medical and surgical “care”. There is nothing about exploring these children mental health.

they used to have age restrictions recommendations for irreversible surgery for children, apparently not anymore. Maybe it would have been too much to say it from the start. it won’t be long till there are specific instructions to provide these surgeries for these children with mo age restriction.

so this is where we”re at.

the general public will come to know this in about 10 years, by then with “let’s be open, let’s be kind”, look at these kids, they really want it, “do you want an eunuch child or a dead one?” and other psychological manipulation, it will slowly become more and more mainstream.

apparently there are already sites and communities for it and there will be no shortage of troubled or abused kids to be groomed into. Plus read the article on reduxx titled “Top Academic Behind Fetish Site Hosting Child Sexual Abuse Fantasy, Push To Revise WPATH Guidelines”. Written in May, it has come true now. The guidelines have been revised.

i can hardly believe this is happening. Someone said online the next step is “children attracted to adults” which will conveniently shift the narrative from pedophiles. With no age for irreversible surgeries, and push that children can consent to it, I can see it coming too.

even without this, this is horrifying enough. I don’t really have a question, bc I’m speechless.

I now think they will have to explain this somehow. Give some kind of explanation for how children and teenage boys arrive at this identity (or always had it). We know adults have fetishes, some self destructive, but kids? Without being subjected to sexual abuse?

possibly piggybacked on asexuals? But it’s a clear hatred of own bodies (nullification as another synonym) which is a bit different than asexuals, plus a child won’t know if they are asexual or not until they go through puberty.

maybe just “believe the children, they know” which has already been done to a great success, organs have been cut and rearranged on this “affirmation only” path.

while a inner soul-like identity is easier to peddle bc of historical sexist stereotypes , this is not a born in the wrong body narrative, this is destruction of a body with it as an end point.

Also historically this has been done without consent. I don’t know how the cults worked, probably religious? That could be interesting, the whole thing is acquiring more and more cultish aspects. They won’t call it religion obviously but they could use some parts of it? Anyone who knows about these cults, any ideas?

There is a genuine but vanishingly rare disorder 'Body Integrity Disorder' in which a person develops disgust for a limb and a corresponding strong desire to be disabled or to have the limb removed:

It's not considered an identity however, and usually involves desire for removal of legs, arms, or for desire to be paralysed or blind or deaf. A person may attempt self-harm to remove said limb or induce paralysis.

No mention of a desire for penis removal though and interestingly in someone with BID proximity with someone with an amputated limb is mentioned. Surgical removal is considered extremely controversial and not recommended, cognitive therapy is the frontline treatment.

So assuming something similar to BID were to occur in a child towards his penis, such that there is a request to be an eunuch, one definitely would definitely suspect some sort of sexual abuse or very subnormal or abusive parenting or sexual coaching (I say coaching, instead of grooming as I feel that's a closer representation of what parents who champion this stuff in their children are doing) by an a close contact adult or exposure to extreme porn.

so trauma, sexual guilt (for adults growing up in a religious environment, says later) and? I’d be interested what other factors there are? I understand they only surveyed adults, so I’m guessing porn is one.

it still wouldn’t explain it for me while kids would arrive at this fetish/illness/don’t know how to call it. I doubt kids will go from normal porn with all the subcategories to “explore” to this very specific mutilation fantasy in such a short period of development without, again, trauma or abuse.

and even more, I don’t see how this can be presented as an identity emerging in childhood or adolescence or what the official explanation will be apart from “don’t question the kids”

I'm bumping this thread to post the following video between Benjamin Boyce and Eliza Mondegreen who actually attended the WPATH conference and the eunuch part of it is only a small part of their craziness. She noted that they were saying you can be psychotic and still know you're trans and there were discussion around how to help trans alts in people with DID .... just really crazy stuff. I have been mulling this over the week end and am so angry at how and how trans trumps everything and people suffering serious ill heath will not get the appropriate care if they even give a smallest hint at being trans/questioning. this make me so angry, WPATH is so unethical in what they do to the point where no journalists were allowed to attend the conference and when one did online and started to put out reports which, when got back to the conference a witch hunt was launched to find out who was reporting.
there will have to be tribunals/enquiries into them .... wont there?
