To obtain access to view the proceedings, send a request email to [email protected] about case CA/2021/0013 - Mermaids vs Charity Commissioner and LGB Alliance and ask for permission to join. You then have to provide certain information and agree to a judge's direction in order to be able to join.

I'm sure we all could quite easily believe that mermaids could win on a technicality.

But, blow though that would be, the resulting sunlight would be invaluable. We have known that this is a marathon, not a race. We are having to chip away at decades of capture.

it sounds insane that a charity could take another charity to court accusing it of stripping them of their funds, by stripping them of their funds. Especially when they appear to have blocked them from actually achieving the aims they say they haven't bothered to try.

It is insane. How many times have we seen black is white, up is down. It's all newspeak.

But this is the first time that such a massive example of the DARVO that underpins the entire ideology has been played out in public.

And many people watching are now totally clued up on it. Judges, journalists, the government, they're not stupid. They are seeing which way this is headed.

And Kate, God bless her, has just said it out loud. This is a medical scandal of massive proportions.

There aren't many people who will hear that, realise that it's probably true, and still support it.

This lunacy is being spoken as if it was a truth. An objective fact. The only moral way to think. As opposed to a very interesting and extreme belief system that is not fucking compulsory.

I haven’t followed LGBA very closely but even I know they have attempted to raise the fund to start a phone line and tried to make a documentary film about older gay people to combine with the platinum Jubilee celebrations.

That Mermaids are tying them LGBA in expensive litigation and campaigning against them receiving grant funding for their proposed projections makes Mermaids look like a school bullies who destroys your homework project and then grasses you up to teacher as not having done it.
