MG is doing my head in! It's as if BJ is being tried for heresy! For refusing to call men who 'identify' as women what he wants her to call them (transwomen), for using quote marks, for blaspheming against the religion of gender ARGHHHH

The Clerk in the hearing has left a message for people struggling to access the hearing. They say that there is a list of observers that they use to identify people and to let them in. Reasons in delays may be that observers haven't put their full name when attempting to join or that they can't find observers names on the list.

I've seen so many TRA's ridicule the idea that there is a compelled speech aspect to gender ideology.

This just shows what utter bullshit that was. Use the 'correct' language or be denounced as a witch.

Loving KM's clarifications. If people aren't able to see how dangerous MM is, they must be completely captured.

KM and BJ get straight to the point in a no nonsense, easy to follow way. MG's rambling questions have taken so long to get through all this. I think he said he wanted to complete the last 2 witnesses this afternoon but don't see how that can happen now.

Off topic, but I've just read the "Written evidence submitted by Mermaids to the Transgender Equality Inquiry" link that someone posted on the old thread. Apart from opining on medical treatment and the reversibility of puberty blockers, despite their now self-proclaimed lack of medical knowledge, they also can't use apostrophes.

If you interpret 'male bodied' as synonymous with 'men' as the MM barrister is doing, I suggest you are, perhaps, gender-critical?

Ooh, what's this about the Good Law Project that KM is bringing up?

KM: there was a posting on social media last night from Good Law Project of video by Mermaids' CEO - Susie Green - she speaks c these proceedings, saying don't think threshold met, and say we believe that lgba's true purpose is denigration of trans people and destruction of organisations like ours. Posted shortly after our fist witness gave evidence. It was inflammatory

MM don't appear to be very diplomatic do they. And not noticeably wise. The fact that GLP retweeted their inappropriate tweet suggests they don't think that court directions apply to them.

Yet SusieGreen herself isn't part of the proceedings - surely she should be a witness for MM - but has kept well out of the courtroom . . .
