I love it when the TRAs are asked questions that they have to answer rather than just yell "transphobic" and not engage. It shows up the illogicality and tautology so easily.

Do we think these people actually really believe what they're saying or are they just so far down the rabbit hole of defending their position that they will say anything at all to maintain their position even if they don't actually believe it? I just can't see how a sane person could believe this stuff.

She is going to take him through the whole lot and make him explain their position on all of it. Same sex attraction, transing the gay away, safe spaces for women. It has to be healthcare sports and prisons next.

There is no substance here, none at all. It is so affirming!

Tribunal tweets are doing a sterling job. Helen Joyce did some at Allisons tribunal. She said she had trouble typing because her jaw was on the keyboard for most of it. Wonder is she there again today?

Good intervention by the judge calling for a break. AR was beginning to lose her grip on some of the threads of her arguments, which isn't surprising because she's trying to make sense of a bonkers conceptual framework.

Good grief. If these witnesses are not straight out lying that they 'don't know', and they are 'not experts', who the fuck ARE the experts? This really does seem to show that it is non-expert leading non-expert to flawed conclusions... because... kind.

This witness has basically raised the question, what does he do in his job? And should they be looking for someone who 'does know'. Are they deceptive or are they just determinedly uninformed, or do they genuinely not understand the ramifications of their uninformed actions.

And it is called progressive. This person believes they are progressive without knowing all the facts, or by ignoring all the facts.

It really replicates the experiences we have here on threads though. It never paints extreme trans activists is any positive light.
