The school say it’s because they didn’t meet the requirements as the school is for marginalised children. In terms of a legal defence, does Australia have anything like the Equality Act where males can be legitimately excluded?

True, I suppose some might consider the word toilet a bit vulgar and so opt for bath as a euphemism, since it sounds more like you are getting clean than relieving yourself.

I would never, ever say toilet. I say loo/lavatory, but would never say bathroom unless I actually meant the room with the bath in.
