This is really awful. It's bizarre too. The sticker does not say that transwomen erase women (which they don't), but that trans ideology erases women (which it does by variously denying the existence/importance of sex and by removing the language needed to describe sex based concepts), but the PCSO announces that trans ideology does not exist and then proceeds to lecture the poor woman about how transwomen don't erase women, thus massively straw-manning the argument.

Why has this bullshit taken such a hold in the police? There seem to be a lot of committed believers in their ranks.
