As she has now finished - and may not feel like trawling through the other tribunal threads, understandably - I wanted to put up a thread for her with no discussion etc, just saying how brilliantly she did. Allison*, if you're reading this, you are utterly impressive, courageous, gracious and fearsomely intelligent. Thank you and well done. 💐

Whatever the outcome of the tribunal Alison has managed to pour sunlight on Stonewall's methods.

You won't be the only person they've done this to, Alison but they will never again be able to bully so overtly for fear of the consequences if caught.

Whatever happens you have scored a victory already and your courage and tenacity is inspiring to others.

I and tens of thousands of people who work in jobs affected by Stonewall owe you a debt of thanks.
