As she has now finished - and may not feel like trawling through the other tribunal threads, understandably - I wanted to put up a thread for her with no discussion etc, just saying how brilliantly she did. Allison*, if you're reading this, you are utterly impressive, courageous, gracious and fearsomely intelligent. Thank you and well done. 💐

Another massive, massive thank you to Alison from my 13 year and daughter and me. Like other posters, I really hope Alison reads this thread and knows that she has touched the lives of so many of us.

You have been magnificent throughout your evidence and were on fire on Thursday. So concise and to the point. Also taking no shit whatsoever.

I can't imagine the stress you must be under. Being a Barrister, I think you had a better idea than most of what a strain this would be and you went into it with your eyes open and that shows just how brave you are, you are a warrior.

When I'm wondering whether it's worth bothering with my fully captured organisation (one which ought to know much better), and if it means my card will be marked even more, I think about women like Allison and Keira, and Sonia and Maya, and then I remember that my card is marked anyway, and that it absolutely matters. So I soldier on.
