Raquel Rosairo Sanchez still has legal fees to pay

Just saw this on a FB post - Raquel's crowd funder is still open and she has a long way to go to reach her stretch target.

Her case has been heard and the abuse, bullying and harassment that she as a doctoral student new to the UK was subjected to was horrendous.

Not as high profile as other legal cases, but nevertheless important for all of us.

It's described as a "pledge" and that the money will be taken in 24-48 hours. I am not sure what triggers that to happen, but I have put in my pledge and then leave it for a few days even if it comes through initially as £0.

She was! Absolutely brilliant 🤩 Such clarity and humour, always moving forward.

Just pledged and it said my pledge was £0 (it wasn't!). I'll see what comes out of my account and do it again if nothing shows in a couple of days.

Yes, that's what has happened when I've done it more than once before.

I've dug again. I feel particularly sick that university students are involved in so much anti-women activism, and in some cases like Bristol the university itself supports them. What a sickening reversal of the idealist campaigns I remember from university, and the struggle for women's liberation.
