Pretty excited myself.

I know JK has really started to carve out a feminist identity for Robin which I love.

After decades of resistance I finally purchased a Kindle last week, with this next book in mind! Whilst I love a real book I had a feeling this new novel would not be a slim 300 page affair!

Hmm decades? I think that may be a little bit of an exaggeration.

Would it be terrible to filch DS's book token for this (he never spends them)...?

I have them on Audible, but the new one isn't out till August! The others ones came out with the Hardback.

I love the Strike books and have read them twice, all in succession. I've never read Harry Potter or seen a Potter film. But I love these books. She is brilliant at encapsulating the interactions between men and women and the subtle ways in which misogyny and sexism work in our society.
