A woman convicted three times for homicide is back behind bars after being arrested for an alleged sexual crime.

Regina Kaye Arthurell, 75, was arrested on Friday by police in Campbelltown, Sydney after a man, 55, reported several incidents of sexual touching last week. The pair know each other.

Arthurell has been taken to Campbelltown Police Station and is expected to be charged.

Alcohol was implicated in all of the killings, which were committed under her birth name Reginald Kenneth Arthurell before she came out as transgender in custody.

Pretty sure a transman can't become a Catholic priest.

Reasons as above. Obv.

No, not kind at all.

But hey! What's that got to do with the peerage? 🙄

KittenKong · 31/01/2022 16:35

Well this just isn’t fair at all.

NecessaryScene · 31/01/2022 16:37

But if they change the law to to make self ID legal then women can claim all sorts of mens stuff surely. It should be fair otherwise it only benefits male borns and that’s just not kind is it?

Well, seriously though, that was a necessary precondition to the "trans" thing happening. There had to be basically no male legal privileges left that women could opt into.

So the only remaining one they had to worry about by the time of the GRA2004 was primogeniture, and that's niche enough that they could quietly write that in without it being too blatant.

So now it's just men claiming women's "privileges" - which are of course really intended as protections.

KittenKong · 31/01/2022 16:38

Well I think that’s just not fair at all. Almost as if there were differences. I’m shocked. Shocked.

@PenguindreamsofDraco

Well goodness whoever would have seen that last line coming.
Oooh, nor me! I was SO surprised, weren't you??(hmm)

I had heard they'd tried but it's just not possible and if a Bishop was fooled enough to ordain her, once the truth came out the ordination would just be nullified and I suspect, an ould' excommunication would be the next step! Trying to fool the bishop-bad; trying to fool God- blasphemous and an utter waste of time because it's impossible. The worst thing would be the fooling of any laity she'd ministered to because all of the Masses and Sacraments would be invalid. To sum up, it would be a very mean, selfish and cruel thing of a trans person to do to the parishoners, even if one doesn't count the blasphemy and sacrilege.

I’ve seen trans women vicars. And there was a female pope…

MarshmallowSwede · 31/01/2022 17:35

A man murdered innocent people and committed a sex crime.

The men’s rights communities (including the tra movement) are having a field day. Once they are able to do away with all safe guarding for women and children and can get their penis out anywhere and demand we like it.. you better believe they will love being able to rape and murder and say.. well women are just as violent.

When you can say women are just as violent and committing just as many sex crimes, then they can argue against safeguards for women and children.

And they don’t fool anyone.. we already know by the nature of the crime it was a man masquerading as a woman who did this.

Men will behave like men no matter what outfit they wear. As much as they all want to argue against it.. they always tell on themselves.

The male entitlement stinks up the entire ideaology.

Agreed MarsmallowSwede And the prison statistics about trans sex offenders is increasingly damning (and worrying).

NotTerfNorCis · 31/01/2022 19:02

Could see the twist coming a mile off.

That alcohol was involved?

No it doesn't surprise me the slightest. Just about every news article I read about violent crimes and murder seems to mention alcohol was involved.

Stopsnowing · 01/02/2022 21:20

When the crimes were committed she was a he. So it should be he killed etc.

potniatheron · 02/02/2022 08:44

tbh when I see headlines like this I always assume the 'woman' is actually a man. Women serial killers are vanishingly rare. And before one of our friendly lurking TRAs jumps in to remind me aileEn wUoRnoS, Aileen is one of the very very few genuinely female serial killers yes, and it's interesting that she was prompted to become one by the years of severe abuse she had suffered at the hands of men as a prosptitute. So she started skilling her johns. There was no sexual gratification in it for her, which sets her apart from male serial killers who are generally turned on by killing.

This answer from our resident transactivist had me snorting my coffee. Talk about spectacularly misinterpreting the point made... on purpose of course but highlighting the absurdity.

So to summarize: if you read an article about a recent woman serial killer, somewhere in the article it will be mentioned that the serial killer in question was born a man.

Also noticable that when talking about actual women serial killers a certain killer from the 1960's is often used as an example. That was 60 years ago and still apparantly the best example of 'but women do it too'
