I've just finished writing to my MSP about this - the SNP have systematically turned every good thing about Scotland to shit.

Assistant Chief Constable Gary Ritchie said: “Hate crime and discrimination of any kind is deplorable and entirely unacceptable. Police Scotland will investigate every report of a hate crime or hate incident.”

They are going to be very busy, especially as Wadwha claims “Since 2019, I have reported hate to the police more times than I can count. No charges, no convictions." - so no crimes then, but every one has been investigated. Is there such a thing as a malicious complainant? How often can someone like Wadwha cry wolf before the police stop wasting much needed resources?

Until this week I could see comments if I opened the share token articles in an incognito window.

Now I can't see them at all.

Why were detectives sent all the way from Edinburgh to a village outside Perth? What a waste of expertise and time!

They've published the comments now. Even mine, which has surprised me as it's and angry one.

I think the police force has a shockingly high number of abusive misogynistic wankers who are just loving the opportunities to harass women.

I cannot see the comments either, have tried a few times when links have been posted. Shame.

Also can't see comments (reading via sharetoken).

I had to refresh the page a few times to be able to see them.

Utterly ridiculous.

The police say they have to investigate every hate crime or incident that is reported, but that shouldn't mean all common sense goes out the window. If they determine that no crime has been committed, that should be the end of it, no?

Knowing Nicola hadn't done anything wrong but turning up to ''have a word'' anyway makes it look like their intention is to intimidate women into silence, to put them off speaking up in future...
