He's going in!

Here's his complaint in response to a tweet from the South West branch of the LGBTQ Police Network.

I'll add the tweet if I can find it.

@ArabellaScott

Holy moly.

'5% of dismissals in Welsh police forces over the past three years related to sexual harassment of colleagues and members of the public. '

'Two dismissals from Dyfed Powys Police this year involved male police officers using information available to them through their roles to harass women'

'South Wales Police officer Timothy Hunt, was dismissed last summer when it was found that he’d used police systems 12 times to check up on women he’d been dating.'

Not quite sure why you are taken aback ? If you're spending all day policing pronouns, then obviously the more minor offences can't be given the same resources.
velvetvixen · 15/01/2022 10:43

@JustcameoutGC

Here is something for them to monitor.

Sex is binary, immutable and real
Gender is a social construct
Transwomen are transwomen
Single sex spaces are lawful and needed
Womanhood cannot be identified into, it is the product of biology and lived experience that males can never authentically access.
Trans people have the right to live life free of harassment and prejudice.
Advancing trans rights cannot come at the expense of womens rights

Tut tut! you know this post will cause some peope to have hurty feelz.

And these are just the ones who have been caught..

Can you imagine actually being mimmymum? Spending your life being perpetually offended and monitoring various websites so you can report, report, report. Her stress levels must be through the roof. Not the sort of life I'd like to live. I wish I could say I feel sorry for her but I don't. Embarrassed, yes. Sorry, no.

BernardBlackMissesLangCleg · 15/01/2022 10:48

If people are going to be prosecuted for what they say on twitter and facebook, then possibly real, grown up institutions who receive public funds and have public duties should start to take seriously what they say on those platforms. And suffer consequences when they fuck up

Oh and Helen Islan should get off twitter. she comes across as deeply unhappy, while also being vindictive and destructive. There's a world out there Helen, and twitter isn't it.

MrBIobby · 15/01/2022 10:51

It would be pretty grim DialSquare. They think they're on the side of good. All I can see is someone filled with hate and an over inflated idea of self importance. I wonder how they managed in the days before social media was available to validate them.

NotBadConsidering · 15/01/2022 10:54

I was just about to post the same. What a sad, lame little life Mimmymum leads. Monitoring here 👋, snitching on people, taking trans people to court for transphobia, and having it embarrassingly thrown out day one, all to stop people talking about biological reality, women’s rights, and the thing that affronts her the most, stopping children irreversibly damaging their bodies.

It’s a wonderful legacy, Helen, you should be very proud Hmm.

moochies · 15/01/2022 10:56

That Helen's a shady fucker isn't she.

Has she run out of cash to enable her to sue transwomen that don't agree with her?

vivariumvivariumsvivaria · 15/01/2022 10:57

Helen does the minnimum of thinking, doesn't she?

It's probably good that the police spend time monitoring what goes on here. Sunlight and all that, innit?

Once you see, you can't unsee, Officer.

DialSquare · 15/01/2022 10:58

Agreed MrBIobby. They've been given power previously and now they will struggle as the tide turns more and more. I imagine people like mimmymum were the tell tale types at school. Running to the treacher every 5 minutes. Us working class Londoners called them Bertie Smalls after a famous supergrass.

IcakethereforeIam · 15/01/2022 11:03

I joined MN a few days ago because worrying about all this gender nonsense was literally...Well not murder...but I couldn't sleep. I had no idea I had signed up to a bunch of dangerous idealogues. Do you think SWP could signpost me to a deradicalisation program? And maybe how to get white cat hair off blue serge?
Seriously, thank you. The humour and empathy and swears I've found here have really helped. No idea how emoji work, just imagine an appropriate one.
I filled in the survey, not Welsh but nana was and I know a little of the language. Come get me Taffy!

MummBRaaarrrTheEverLeaking · 15/01/2022 11:04

You can't change sex.
A woman is an adult human female.
Sex is observed at birth, not assigned.
Anyone of the male sex should stay the heck out of all womens spaces, but especially refuges, prisons and sports. Regardless of how they identify.

Do some proper policing and lay off the creepy wrongthink monitors.
Eff off Helen.

I agree with all of this. It would make a nice change to see some public institutions face the consequences of their action occasionally. I think mimmymum seems utterly wretched. I reckon she'd benefit from some regular fresh air and some vegetables. And a hobby.

Once you see, you can't unsee, Officer ain't that the truth!

vivariumvivariumsvivaria · 15/01/2022 11:08

Actually, if we have the ear of the police on here, if you have something to share about the police, law or justice systems, why not add them to this thread?

I've got one - my friend's niece has been raped by her boyfriend. Circumstances are as usual, her word against his and difficult to prove. He has admitted it to her, and apologised to her and is being shunned by his social group who all believe her.

We have advised her to not report it to the police because we have seen women who report sexual crimes be violated by the system. We do not believe the police will look after her or that she would get the justice she deserves.

She lives in Wales. So, if you are a Welsh police officer, monitoring this thread for evidence of transphobia, why don't you do something useful, like think about how to show women in your community that you give a flying fuck about the crimes perpetrated by men against us? We don't trust you with our traumatised girls.

MrBIobby · 15/01/2022 11:18

Bertie Smalls after a famous supergrass.

Grin I'm going to start using that. There's plenty of Bertie Smalls around.

JustcameoutGC · 15/01/2022 11:19

It ia becoming clearer to me that the enthusiastic police embracing of the rainbow flag is less about tolerance of the lgbt community and much more a very nice cover for the rampant, deep seated misogyny that is so apparent. MRAs would always be attracted to working in the police, now they have been given license to harass women for simply having an opinion.

MrBIobby · 15/01/2022 11:23

JustcameoutGC. Oh yes, this movement certainly has given men a legitimate framework in which to express their hatred of women within.

Mumfun · 15/01/2022 11:24

Why does noone arrest Helen islan for wasting police time and resources?

Yes!
DoubleYouOhEmAyEn · 15/01/2022 11:27

Notorious for anti-trans radicalisation! Why always 'anti trans' ? It's the rights if women and girls to live safely and with dignity without the eternal threat of sexual violence perpetrated by men who can't understand that their desires are not the most important thing in the world, and that women and girls are not service humans who exist solely to shore up the fragile fucking egos of the men folk, that we're so keen to protect. It's not anti trans until TRAs actions threaten those rights. Its about safety and dignity and respect for women and girls.
I really don't get why that is so difficult to understand.

TheMarzipanDildo · 15/01/2022 11:28

Well they can’t come for us all. That’s my attitude.

Very good point.
Waitwhat23 · 15/01/2022 11:29

Probably for the same reason that no-one has arrested David Paisley yet for his use of Police Scotland to harass people who hold views which differ from his own. Institutional capture and institutional misogyny.

MrBIobby · 15/01/2022 11:34

Yes this new attack of labeling women with concerns as terrorists is the next line of attack in silencing women. This is a measured and deliberate attack on women. Interesting article here.
