If by "gardening" you mean donate to someone who is raising funds to pay their legal fees for a hate crime, then we've seen this year that no crowdfunder will entertain that.

To defend herself. She hasn't been convicted of anything. Just like Marion wasn't :)

We don't need crowdfunding sites. We'll get the money to her somehow. Allison Bailey managed to raise an eye watering amount despite misogynists throwing a tantrum and getting her crowdfunder taken down.

We'll do the same for Ceri if needs be, so don't worry your head about it 😊

The fact Paisley is threatening the civil route suggests to me that he lacks confidence that the criminal route will go in his favour.
If you google child sex abuse and NI and see why the criminal route is a political nightmare.

I and many, many others have had a think about what Marion said, her right to say it and our right as women to support her and will continue to support her, Ceri, JKR, Jess and any other women, or men who are being targeted by misogynists and bullies.

It is quite funny that Margarita is trying to spin it that the Marian Miller case was about giving Marian time to think 😄 Marian's case made more people aware of the issues and brought many people to her side. It was a complete own goal by the person who complained. But the complainer obviously didn't take the time to think because now they're going down the same path with Ceri.
I'm not sure who has peaked more people this year - the actor or the doctor. It's almost as though they're secretly on the gc side.

Bill Cosby walked free. Does that mean he is innocent?
Even a cursory Google will show the details of the numerous cases made against Cosby, some of which he received convictions and others which were overturned on technicalities (mostly due to issues with his legal team).

You are deliberately and disingenuously trying to make parallels with the Marion Miller case which never made it to court and was dropped due to it being based on a ridiculous, ideologically based set of charges.

As before, actually embarrassed for you.
