Good for the protesters.

Sports bodies should get used to it if they insist on letting mediocre men cheat by competing against women.

Otherwise the ‘transgender athletes’ must be men, which would be unfair in women's sport.

Why shouldn't women protest male persons in women's sport. It is unfair and cheating, it also makes it a mixed sex event

I am really frustrated at the 'anti trans' label. The motivation is fairness for women and girls, not anti trans. Women and girls are as important as men and boys. There are 2 sexes, biological reality. Do what you like in your personal life but if you have a male body you should not be in female only sports. I really don't get why people don't see that.

I think the fact they're complaining that the protesters weren't removed, shows that people are starting to see how unfair the whole debacle of men in women's sports is @AdaFuckingShelby

....if protesters are protesting male people in female sports, then yes, they're going to be addressing the male people.

This is kind of like moaning that the miners are targeting the bosses about redundancy by protesting to them. Who else are they supposed to go and protest to? God knows no one's listening to any less direct and obvious action by women, it's not like women haven't tried naicer ways first.

Because it's a male rights movement. In plain sight. And a lot of people do believe that biologically female are lesser and male interests must come first. And females shouldn't resist this.

That's the bit that has to be challenged up front.

The 'performing enhancing' during the years Lance Armstrong et al were, and are still, seen as a source of great unfairness. Certainly for the cyclists who weren't using any extra enhancement (or were using methods/products which were not as good as LA et al). It was never lauded though. And those who were against unfairness or cheating were never told they were shameful for their disapproval of unfairness and cheating when it comes to men's sports.

I'm at the point where I say give LA his crown of proud winner back. Unfairness (and a male body is an unnatural and unfair advantage in a women's competition) is inclusion now, isn't it? Also, why should men have fair and safe sports when women are being deprived of either. Poor LA called out, when other men are being lauded, for their unfair advantage vis a vis women, in the name of inclusion.

At least men cheating when competing against other men have a similar body to the other men.

So Cameron is a biological male who identifies as female but races in the male category, which indicates they are aware of their biological advantage against women, but is okay with other bio-males who identify as female racing against women

Just had a thought. Even at his age, LA wouldn't need the drugs/infusions if competing against women. He'd be cheered on for it, not vilified in the way he was for the alleged unfair and unnatural advantages he used against male opponents.

LA is only 50 and his male body would provide the lack of a level playing field for women in the women's competitions. Men are now allowed to do this to women's races. Natalie van Gogh was/is in the 40's and not even very good when compared to other males.

Molly started off racing with women. Funnily enough, that didn’t go down very well.

Molly Cameron is 45, peaked as a male cyclist in 2004, but since 2008 has managed to extend their professional cycling career by racing in both men’s and women’s events. Just as well they don’t have professional children’s cycling events otherwise Molly would be entering those as well.

apparently what is piquing Molly is that they have been hoist with their own petard. Having changed their driving licence to identify as a female they are now up against the Cycling rule that says competitors can only race in the category they are officially recognised as. Ie “ You say you are a woman Molly, so that is what you are. “
