Yes John Holmes gets it. He’s also (probably) somewhat pissed off at the worst aspects of BBC wokery having been shoved off programmes like The Now Show in the name of inclusion.

The best weapon against this nonsense is utter derision. We’re right to be angry, but actually scorn for the ludicrous arguments put forward by gender ideology is more effective I think.

That was amazing. It was also incredibly poignant at the end with Dave Chappelle talking about Daphne and a Wonderful World playing in the background. Got a bit choked up.

Bollocks. They've been more than happy for the ideology to rip their opponents apart haven't they ? All you've noticed is that the UK media has a default Tory-friendly stance, that's all.

We can not care about why people have taken so long to abandon their relentless progression towards social totalism and authoritarianism we can only prepare a space for them. Especially when this progression is arrested by a major broadcaster.

@Yusanaim, the Tories are partly responsible for the mess in the first place by pushing for self ID and GRA reform under previous PM, appointing an ex Stonewall chair as head of the EHRC and barring women's groups from parliamentary discussion of issues that directly effected us. The left leaning parties might be the most vocal advocates for gender ideology (and they can all go fuck themselves, I can't see me ever trusting them again), but all this mess has happened under the watch of the Tories.

I agree. However, if I am standing at the end of the golden bridge with open arms, ready to welcome all the people who've listened to me and backed away like I was a loon over the last few years, am I permitted a smug smile and a patronising "there, there"?

Claiming that they are gender critical is a bit of a stretch, although at least they didn’t have a trans teenager as Women’s Officer.
