Yes, it was mentioned on BBC Scotland yesterday or the day before, that the two complainants were David Paisley and Rhiannon Spear. Hope they are pleased with themselves now.

As others have pointed out on Twitter, there is a disturbing pattern of the SNP turning to the courts to silence/intimidate opposition.

As someone who heard parts of the original complaint, was it true that these two complainents said some ribbons looked threatening and scared them?

Sounds like a job where someone who has a balanced approach is necessary and certainly not someone deeply entrenched in the progression of allowing males to take the roles set aside for females.

If I was a Scottish voter, I would be worried just who they will replace this person with. There is the possibility of someone worse than Spear.

So this person was investigated for her own tweets just earlier this year and has also been on the receiving end of online abuse and threats thought it would be a good idea to push a criminal investigation about someone else’s tweets through the courts.

Does this person still chair the education committee in Glasgow?

No, she was not investigated, or if she was, it was very quietly and behind the scenes.

Spear deleted her , literally, hateful tweet but no- one in the SNP took her to task over it.

That's how "inclusive" the SNP is. The Union still has majority support but separatists can tweet hateful tweets about the Union with impunity.
