Why is black fishing unacceptable but identifying as a woman fair game?

Please help me understand.

'It's not as bad as racism' doesn't mean that it's not bad though, does it? There are all kinds of injustices that have been less horrific and less far-reaching than racism, but that doesn't mean they should be allowed to happen unchallenged.

The two things are comparable in that you have people identifying, often for some kind of profit or advantage (whether financial or not) into the group of people their group has historically mistreated and oppressed and continues to mistreat and oppress.
