...Before being so rudely interrupted.

It's completely harmless.

This is horrifying, the level of pre-meditation is awful.

I've added it to this thread:

Suspenders and belt??! A lot of the rest could be “disguise” but why the hell suspenders and belt (listed twice) - just typical woman disguise, yes??

Jilted medical student who threw acid over his ex-girlfriend is jailed

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10069225/Jilted-medical-student-threw-acid-ex-girlfriend-jailed-15-years.html

I had the same thought. We know the lengths males will go to in order to hurt women.

Leafstamp · 07/10/2021 21:10

I'm sure he just needed them to hold up his stockings. Definitely nothing to do with harmful sexist stereotypes, sexual kicks, humiliating women and being a sick misogynist.

MarshmallowSwede · 07/10/2021 21:17

Ladies, ladies, ladies… please calm down. This is a one off and I’m sure if she had a ring doorbell this could have been avoided. It’s always the responsibility of the woman to be safe.. Even in your own home you’re not safe. School, gym, hospital… it’s up to you to make sure no man harms you.

If you razor tooth harpies were a bit more gentle in your language about men who are just clearly so in love and in a fit of passion when attacking former partners, this would not be so blown out of proportion. Be kind!

🙄🙄🙄

Clearly I’m being sarcastic. But this is the sort of dismissive language thrown out whenever a man attacks or kills a woman. Be vigilant against gaslighting and call out the bullshit ladies!

A man has no right to put his hands on a woman. Ever.. he has no right to injure her ever. He has no right to assault her ever. And we have every right to call this out!

GrouchyKiwi · 07/10/2021 21:32

That's horrific.

Still, I'll rest easy knowing this is merely a hypothetical horrific situation since this kind of thing never happens, not ever, not once, no sirree.

That poor woman.

Jaysmith71 · 07/10/2021 21:35

I thought, If he wants a disguise, why not a raincoat and false beard etc?

Almost as if he gets off on crossdressing. (Not All Cross-dressers Are Like This.)

I also remembered this guy:

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamdi_Adus_Isaac

Who escaped the country dressed as a (very tall) woman.

...Because no one would be suspicious of women, because they hardly ever chuck acid or plant bombs.

Seeing a pattern here.

He's only going to serve 6.5 years and then can be considered for parole. They should have looked him up for much longer. 30 years would have been fair.

Lovelyricepudding · 07/10/2021 21:45

Why didn't she tut and flag down a bus?

ScreamingMeMe · 07/10/2021 23:01

Fake policeman tries to 'arrest' a woman.

MiladyBerserko · 08/10/2021 04:10

I think the suspenders/belt could mean braces in this context.

ninetynineAu · 08/10/2021 05:45

Nice to see this particular DM article isn't referring to him as "lovesick", (as I've seen in a news report tweeted just a few days ago) .

Fridafever · 08/10/2021 05:51

This is horrific but I don’t understand the trans angle - is there some indication that’s not in the article? Or is it just than he dressed as a woman to attack her? Sorry if I’m missing something didn’t see your other thread.

We are constantly told that no man would ever dress as woman to carry out a devious act, but yet here we are

I am not sure what you mean about the 'trans angle' though, you were the first to mention it.

Fridafever · 08/10/2021 08:05

Oh fair enough I see yes fair enough then. I assumed a train angle because of the board it’s been posted on and the OP talked about cross dressers.

MistandMud · 08/10/2021 08:20

They may not have gone for ‘lovesick’ but they couldn’t resist ‘jilted’.

How about ‘criminally violent man who was not owed anything’?

Whitefire · 08/10/2021 09:40

This is the problem that many posters warned MNHQ of, it is now presumed by many that this board is the anti trans board and the only discussions are trans related.
Jaysmith71 · 08/10/2021 11:50

It depends what you mean by "Trans."

The Stonewall Definition is pretty inclusive, and may well run to Norman Bates types. He's just a normal guy.
