Utterly astounded by this turn of events. Speechless with surprise, such is my shock.

I do think this is a valid point actually. To be clear, I don't think they or any male should in female changing rooms and there is often a difference in behaviour when exhibitioning but it's a loophole. Not all exhibitionist will be obvious so for them especially this could be a way to get out of trouble by using it as a defence. And there will be some genuine trans people who are not trying to be sexual who will get accused for simply being there.

What I'm saying, badly, is that this is a huge fucking mess that aids the guilty and harms the innocent (including some trans people).

I for one am intrigued to see how TRAs will play it. I think Blibby is probably correct that most will go for one of those two options. But I haven't ruled out something novel.

Can't wait to see what Sam Levin at the Guardian says about this. I remember his reporting on it being particularly unpleasant. Are we to understand that the Guardian now campaigns for the rights of sex offenders to sex offend? If this doesn't wake people up nothing will.

As soon as a male person, trans or otherwise enters a spacing where girls and women are likely to be naked, he/they are not 'innocent'.
