KJK was on Talk radio yesterday (starts at 53.40 on this clip) and the host (Kevin O'Sullivan)was really pushing her on pronouns for Laurel Hubbard, which KJ was not budging on. (I was already cross with the him for repeatedly saying Transwomen and cis women leading in to the segment!)

KJK has put on Facebook that she is back on this evening - it would appear that Kevin O'Sullivan has found someone from the trans side to have a live debate with KJK (don't know who, though, or if they are an ally or a TRA or a regular TW). Also, there is not a time given on the Standing for Women page, and annoyingly, I will be out this evening, so won't be able to to listen live.

I'd not seen it mentioned here yet, but thought it might make for an interesting listen.

Oh, she is so good. So clear, so calm, and at this stage in the long, long game, so bloody well practiced. Tatchell talking entry-level soundbite shite.

I'm not sure what Tatchell is supposed to bring to the 'debate'. He is a gay man with second hand opinions on this issue.

He's done all the man 'live and let live' stuff with absolutely no regard as to how women live, apart from the 'woman he knows' that works in the refuge and we can all have a friend like that 🤷‍♀️.

He's very experienced at interviews so he knows how to come across as reasonable, but he's disingenuously pretending that men as a class are not more dangerous than women as a class.

Tatchell acknowledged that some trans women have harmed women, but still thinks women's spaces should be opened up to all trans women except those who have convictions and are unrreformed.

He cares little for women's safety, dignity or privacy.

It's not as if they're spoilt for choice when it comes to fine upstanding proponents of men in women's spaces who are prepared to debate. Especially with a woman.

Well hats off to KJK who did brilliantly under the circumstances, but Tatchell was given much more time to talk and he wasn't challenged at all for his disingenuous nonsense.

There was a lot of easily disproved rubbish in his claims and he did go on rather a lot at the end.

Starts with Tatchell.
Ends with Tatchell.

Tatchell was force teaming. Women and trans women all face the same issues, they should work together to tackle misogyny etc etc.

KJ was doing a lot of blinking. I think to stop her eyes rolling.

That flew by - I think it could have gone on for hours and barely scratched the surface. Much as I loathe and detest PT, it was refreshing to actually hear a conversation, after an eternity of 'no debate'. I hope this continues, as I'm sure he's peaked a few more with his obvious lies tonight.

I entirely agree. Everything he says just sounds so reasonable to the initiated who want to be kind.

It's all untrue, though.

I get so pissed off with his 'i can't see what the fuss is' take. Of course he can't. He has no skin in this game - and we all know far too well that the transsexuals in the LGB community of old are nothing like the new breed of TRA who are emboldened to issue women with death threats and ladydick. It's almost like he stopped thinking in the 1970s and hasn't bothered his arse to open his eyes since.
