@MissLucyEyelesbarrow no sharing with strangers on the Caledonian Sleeper since 2015. Entirely possible that the Night Riviera still involves sharing - given that you only have to tick a box online there won't be any real checks on who your overnight companion really is. If a male turned up in your compartment, I'd be inclined to go straight to the steward and insist on being moved.
