The article in that tweet says that there was no male bodied person in the women's spa and it was all a hoax. But goes on to say that if there had been a male bodied person in there with penis and testicles exposed, that would have been fine because TWAW and they are allowed in women's spaces. But on this occasion it definitely didn't happen and the woman made it all up.
