News is reporting that Nicola Williams, the founder of Fair Play for Women, has reported the Royal Academy to the Equality and Human Rights Commission. She’s asked them to investigate a possible breach of the Equality Act because “removing Jess De Wahl’s work from the market base on her protected beliefs is a clear infringement of her rights under the Equality Act”.

It's an absolutely brilliant image. I'd like to see it on face masks on public statues. Millicent Fawcett for a start. And the Joshua Reynolds one at the RA that features on the Facebook page.

@KellyWhite2 it’s a brilliant design, kudos! Made me head straight to the sewing box to check I had what was needed to get embroidering. It just goes straight to the heart of the issue. It would be a great idea to get it into production in other formats.

Delete the two posts saying anyone can use.
Get postard/tshirt/whatever sorted.

earn some money from your work.

and tell your twins later what you achieved.

.... or at least Kelly have an honour system where everyone who reproduces it makes a donation to a fund of your choice. Ideally the Kelly fund :)

Assuming that that slur is directed at Jess de Wahls RaindropsOnRosie, could you give an example of anything she's said that justifies it?

Someone on twitter said it so it must be true. But I am open to be ‘educated’ on that front.

Imo calling someone vile is a pretty vile thing to do, especially when you fail to provide any reason or evidence to back up the claim.
