200 inspiring people

I've been inspired by another poster's inclusion of a modern day hero in a thread.

I'm a teacher currently on maternity leave and would like to do a 'hero a day' when I go back. I'll put the resource on tes as well so others can share it when I have a full set.
I need 200 inspiring people for the list. I'd like it to be representative of society. Obviously at least 50 percent women. At least 20% non white ethnicity and at least 20% disabled.
Ideally I would like people still alive, as I think there are enough lists about inspiring dead people. I'd like it to be the challenge to Kardashian and influencer culture.
I figured I will get some good suggestions on the feminist board. Kardashian's need not apply.

My DD (10) would urge inclusion of Ashley Fiolek - DD has some hearing problems and identified with her for that reason at a much earlier age than I expected.
