I'm a bit more worried about police forces making up random laws with which to prosecute people and am quite glad that someone is trying to hold them to account but you do you.

Sex identification from fingerprinting is more of an archaeological forensic technique these days, given that the oil secreted within fingerprints is these days very much capable of yielding DNA sexed profile evidence.

It all makes the police look scientifically illiterate to the scientific community who support them.
