Trying to use a famous person for woke points and publicity much, you bunch of sell-out?

Fuck off, Clue.

Who have penises Clue? Who?

Because by this logic, a certain "type of woman" has a penis.

TrashedWarrior · 04/02/2021 09:48

And we aren't allowed to point that out much.

TrashedWarrior · 04/02/2021 09:49

I don't think they'll accept "people with penises."

Doesn't fit the narrative.

TrashedWarrior · 04/02/2021 09:49

But obviously, women always have to accept the status quo and do the right thing.

eurochick · 04/02/2021 09:50

Oh ffs

Marmite27 · 04/02/2021 09:51

FUCK OFF (haven’t got a ) Clue!

TrashedWarrior · 04/02/2021 09:54

Hey clue.

This feminist knows that "No" is a full sentence.

Since when was that actual word woman, adult human female sexist?

MondayYogurt · 04/02/2021 09:54

'Femtech'!? Surely that is wrong and they mean peoptech or humtech? I find it an extremely offensive and discriminatory term and I think Ida has some explaining to do.

Clueless.

vivariumvivariumsvivaria · 04/02/2021 09:55

Owned by a man.

TrashedWarrior · 04/02/2021 09:56

Femtech?

And that's ok?

But woman's health isn't? Women have uteruses isn't ok?

ErrolTheDragon · 04/02/2021 09:58

Body parts aren't 'gendered'. Some of them are sexed. The ones relevant to menstruation are sexed.
Only females menstruate. Women(adult human females) and girls (juvenile human females).
Not sexism. Just reality.

Whatwouldscullydo · 04/02/2021 09:58

When was this tweet have the deleted it now?

MichelleofzeResistance · 04/02/2021 09:59

Yeah me and my uterus will edge quietly away and look for a product with a grip on reality.

Women and .... no problem.

Erasing women? Have a nice life.

yourhairiswinterfire · 04/02/2021 10:01

No, it's not awkward to say ''people who menstruate''. It's degrading. They have a nerve mentioning fighting sexism-have they not noticed that no one is treating men in the same dehumanising way?

They're tweeting at JKR-is this an old tweet of theirs or have they just woken up from hibernation or something?

eurochick · 04/02/2021 10:08

I'd like to comment on this but I have no idea how to locate it on twatter. I can't see it on either JK or clue's feed.

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 04/02/2021 10:09

Apart from all the reasons you've all listed as to why Clue are patronising twats I wonder whether trans people ever get pissed off about being used as the latest way for a company to get the £££ in. Because I'm many cases it's all about the cash not the cause.

It just happens that idiots like this are throwing women under the bus in the process.

What with Innocent and the death of girls sports in the US is anyone else feeling very worn down right now?

Outbutnotoutout · 04/02/2021 10:11

I liked clue as well....fuck em!!

Whatsnewpussyhat · 04/02/2021 10:12

It's not "moving away from the idea that woman = uterus"

No. It's is just making making women become less than human. A separate category not deserving of their own words.

No one is demanding men call themselves ejaculators and prostate havers to not offend transmen because ejaculation doesn't = man are they?

We see through your misogyny.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 04/02/2021 10:17

Yes, menstruation is a biological function of women. Only women.

babbaloushka · 04/02/2021 10:21

Just completely unnecessary, an attempt to seem woke and gain favour.

I know a trans man and he is not the slightest bit phased by all this period haver nonsense, says it's divisive and makes more trouble than it's worth.

Humans are bipedal. That's a factual statement and is not ableist towards amputees, as they make up a vast minority of the population. Women menstruating follows the same principle IMO, no need for there to be a song and dance about it.

CeaseAndDesist · 04/02/2021 10:22

Well, I was using the app to keep track of my perimenopausal cycle, but I've deleted it now.

What a crock of woman-hating shit.

willFOURbagsbeenough · 04/02/2021 10:24

Can anyone recommend a good period tracking app that operates in the sphere of reality?

MichelleofzeResistance · 04/02/2021 10:27

anyone else feeling very worn down right now?

Yes. Rampant gynephobia, it's exhausting, despiriting, and it makes an utter nonsense of 'there's no such thing as sex' since it's all about a group of people thoroughly enjoying repressing, insulting and devaluing females. It's like being stuck in a never ending year 7 wet lunch break with a group of really hyped up, unpleasant kids high on their own cleverness and blue smarties.

ThinkAboutItTomorrow · 04/02/2021 10:32

I guess we could just say 'people who menstruate or have done at some stage in their lives (to cover the pill & post menopause)' & 'people who produce sperm'.

Seems unnecessarily lengthier than 'woman' and 'man' though !
