Anyone fancy a socially distanced, tables of no more than 6, Bluestocking?

No. It was something else (could be outing, specific phrase).
However I have had a reply saying the organisers wanted to make things more inclusive and have a debate broader than just issues affecting women. On IWD. So now I need a drink even more. When did it get to be defined as "exclusionary" to discuss issues that only affect women?

Could you thank them for their response, then ask "why?". Hopefully this would open a dialogue, and you could ask why dilute iwd with non-women topics? Why not dedicate time and resource to these other areas on their own nominated day, or a n other day, in order to reduce confusion etc..? But this is your real life, and not just a random on a computer, so do whatever you need to to be safe at work.
