Feel quite heartened having a quick read of the drag thread on AIBU and so many women finding it repellent. Very few who post on here. It adds to my belief that women are starting to wake up big time to what is happening.

Thanks Persistent. Feeling fresh as a daisy this morning. I saw that thread too and found it encouraging, I wondered if there might be a few lurkers amongst the posters.

Settling down with a coffee and mince pie to enjoy the fascinating, rigorous and intelligent conversations happening on FWR at the moment. Minimal trolling, thread disruption or the tedious ad hominem attacks on women.
Just the sound of women speaking, analysing, thinking, discussing what is happening to women and children in society at present. Such a joy.

That was far less traumatising than I was expecting.

Although why I was expecting the jazzed up bollocks to be photorealistic, I do not know.

I think I need a very large drink and for someone to remind me not to engage with posters claiming girls and boys are naturally different and so need reminding that they can't wear the same clothes or like the same colours, or with posters claiming white boys are the most downtrodden in society.

Makes me glad I only have a daughter. We've already had a few comments from classmates about "boys' shoes" (do they wear them on their willies?) and arguments, again with classmates, about whether Pokemon is for boys (do they watch it with their willies?) and how farting is a boy thing (do they fart through their willies?); and for the life of me I just can't think of a sex-flipped equivalent stock response that's guaranteed to get a laugh.

Tyro I used to work for a camera shop and threatened to make a sign saying, "Camera's are not Penis operated". My boss reluctantly vetoed it. You're right that switching it to female genitals doesn't have the same comedy factor, I think it's because male genitals are kind of comic looking to start with
