He’s a pop star who wore some gender non conforming outfits and has since done a range of things including becoming a convicted criminal iirc. He’s also a gay man who has no skin in this game and he’s not distinguished himself through his career with his thoughtful approach or his support for women. That’s not meant as a criticism. It’s just not who he is.

He also said quite casually in some interview that he uses women’s toilets because they’re nicer than the men’s. I might admire his clothing choices, and the fact that he is an example of a man breaking down gender-related clothing barriers, but outside of those things, he shows every sign of having a very male sense of entitlement.

Boy George reminds me of the monkeys typing for infinity thing. Occasionally he throws out something about the sex/gender debate that makes sense but mostly it’s a bunch of gibberish. It wouldn’t even matter if he went full on TRA at this point, because he’s already been cast out of the fold.
