Yes, he is utterly vile.

I've never used Tesco anyway as I think they are the worst of the bunch for several reasons.

Maybe it would be good to send them the James Kirkup article about changes to the NHS website and point out that Mermaids recommends a form of treatment that the NHS now seems to have realised to be wrong and dangerous.
