'Cis' has no meaning in equalities law or the GRA.

It can only be observed that somebody has received a diagnosis of gender dysphoria and lived as a woman for two years, (generally meaning changing details on official documents).

This endangers genuine trans women using women's facilities too. I keep saying this.

Makes no sense that they keep ignoring this. Transwomen have to use the womens areas because male violence from random males. Yet, the 'solution' is to just allow random males into the womens area, thus the men the TW was scared of in the first place can now just follow them in. Logic fail really. Unless, of course, its not about protecting transwomen, but about something else..hmm..

I also think that^ is part of why a lot of transsexual people seem to be quite likely to NOT agree with selfID actually. But TRAs ignore them and shout them down and threaten them, same as they do with women..again, almost like their agenda is not about protecting/supporting transpeople..

If your intention is to protect rights, you need language to define the people whose rights need protection, and analysis and data to explain why.

The ideology promoted by TRAs erases the people previously defined as trans as much as it erases women.

You're all asking them the question that they can't answer because the is no good, clear, testable and independently verifiable answer, which is "how does one differentiate a transwoman from a c*s man?".

The answer is "because the transwoman says they're different", and it has begun to dawn on even the most ardent true believers that perhaps this is not an answer the general public is willing to accept.
