Hi everyone, made an account for this.

Here are some other demographic forums reacting to the situation:

TheColi - large hiphop/sports forums:
www.thecoli.com/threads/jk-rowling-got-these-trehs-in-they-feelings-again.785351/ (give it a few pages Smile)

@NewAccountForCorona

I actually find it more interesting how many forums have no references to the issue at all.

For example, rollercoaster.ie (Irish equivalent of MN) has no reference to the issue, and no threads on trans that I can find since RMcK winning her race last year. I doubt no-one cares, so I suspect censorship.

There's a humdinger of threads on boards.ie which is currently dominated by accusing people of being fetishists if they are homo or hetero sexual, which is mind-boggling. Apparently a "femme lesbian" being attracted to a "butch lesbian" is an issue.

I dunno, I feel old.

I'm Irish and never got rollercoaster. Too many huns for me.

Boards thread though is pretty good. A few years ago it would have been pro trans all the way and any dissention would have been soundly shut down by mods under the umbrella of hate speech. At least it's now being discussed and debated and actually has a lot of secret support.

It's spreading...

Hi everyone! I''m glad the threads do you well, but here is a new one from the Neogaf forum. (gamers forum) They warn about a forum called Resetera which is basically the opposite as it hosts alot of extreme TWAW users.

www.neogaf.com/threads/transgender-are-not-women.1546542/

I've chosen these forums out of a bunch i know because the least echo-chamber-like despite having specific demographics.

I find the word problematic problematic.
Me too. If it presents a problem bloody well say what the problem is that it presents why don't cha?
NeurotrashWarrior · 14/06/2020 07:06

Wow I had no idea about the MM stuff going on.

BelleHathor · 14/06/2020 09:58

Great taste theHeartbeat love all those sites. Neogaf is so much better since the split with Resetera. Prior to split it was a window into our dystopian future where any dissent was met with banning and calling employers to get people fired. Don't forget about the Anime avatars and the mods arrested for sharing Child Sex abuse pictures and defending Paedophiles....

TheHeartbeat · 14/06/2020 12:21

No problem.

ATRL - large forum centered around pop-music with mainly LGBT users.
It was closed to outsiders for a while but they are open again. The JK Rowling situation is still a spotlighted thread.

Look at the first 4 pages to judge to responses.
