Funny how JK Rowling gets acres of abuse while IW is spectacularly racist on Twitter and seems to get away with it scot-free.

Twitter is both racist and misogynistic as bloody usual

I don't disagree with the content of your assertions, ShinyFootball (and thank you for taking the time to make them), merely with their scope. There are definitely those who wish to shut down exclusive groups, either because of jealousy or, in some cases, because it doesn't match their views on 'equality'. I think there are also others who want to share in that hard work or consolidate the work between groups (e.g. LGB+).

In my opinion, the area where the concept of oppression as a currency really comes heavily into play is when the desires of different groups collide within identity politics. Additionally, it can be used to cast debate on an issue as itself a form of oppression. Beyond the GC vs TRA debate, another example would be the Anderton Park protests.
