These Are Not Our Crimes

TheUterati, who was one of the first FWR women to be banned under the New Rules, has made a video listing over 70 male prisoners who claim to be women and their crimes. It's not an easy watch but it's a very important one.

Thanks for this Empress

Clymene · 01/05/2020 09:35

thanks for posting this

Gronky · 01/05/2020 09:35

I understand the enormous issues with their being housed in women's prisons but why is it a problem that they add to the female crime statistics? I feel no more culpable for their actions than I do for those of Joanne Dennehy or indeed any white criminal, female or male.

Clymene · 01/05/2020 09:36

It's a hard watch

toriap2 · 01/05/2020 09:39

Because when women demand safe spaces away from males, they can say we don’t need them because women are just as violent as men. By reporting these as female crimes, it weakens the arguments for single sex spaces

littlbrowndog · 01/05/2020 09:40

Because they are not female gronky. Statistics are important

Also female prisoners are a tiny, tiny percentage of the male prison population. And the overwhelming majority of them are incarcerated for non-violent crimes.

These are not our crimes - and they contribute to the trope that women are just as violent as men which isn't true.

Datun · 01/05/2020 09:51

If you can't name male violence gronky you can't address it.

The number of men in that video alone males a mockery of female crime stats.

It's a hard watch, but as a record and an illustration, it's crucial.

NotBadConsidering · 01/05/2020 09:52

“Why should I care about accuracy of things that don’t concern me?”

I mean come on, really? Hmm

Winesalot · 01/05/2020 10:04

but why is it a problem that they add to the female crime statistics?

Because there are biological sex based differences that need to be recorded . You shouldn’t be able to just put on a costume to commit a crime under a different ‘gender’ and have it recorded as such. What if Bunce committed a crime on the womanly days?

Also, it then starts to normalize crimes perpetrated by people with penises as female crimes. This whole women rape too line of tact will start having more power. I am not denying women commit sexual assault and I never would deny that it happens. But I will not believe it is prevalent enough to be used as an excuse to remove single sex safe spaces. And if there was an upswing in crimes such as this, it is then hidden behind the ‘those who identified as women’ statistics.

What about knife crime? If it is poorly recorded how can targeted programmers be put in place to prevent it via education etc.

It also then makes a mockery if scientists are researching the effect of testosterone on types of crime and the recording of gender rather than sex obfuscates the facts. Let’s not forget that you don’t have to have testosterone reduced to self ID.

I am all for having a separate data point that collects for gender, if people can then include that they don’t have one, but is it there for people who do. But a separate data point in addition to biological sex. But when will this insidious creep of denying science stop?

We already have climate change deniers in government positions, evolution deniers (who forbid anything but creationism is taught in science), anti-vaxxers, flat earthers.

R0wantrees · 01/05/2020 10:14

Those 70 male prisoners will serve their sentences and on release expect they have the right to use women & girls' single sex spaces/services.

After all the police, courts, Ministry of Justice & the media colluded with the lie that they were females.

CaroleFuckinBaskin · 01/05/2020 10:17

Was just about to answer @Gronky's question and then saw that, as usual, the question had already been answered by people much more articulate than me!

Gronky · 01/05/2020 10:17

Thank you for the swift replies.

TheProdigalKittensReturn · 01/05/2020 10:21

Indeed. Well done. FWR team! And also TheUterati for the video.

vaginafetishist · 01/05/2020 10:47

Haven't finished watching yet. It is rage inducing, well done TheUterati.

user764329056 · 01/05/2020 10:50

FFS, makes my blood boil

Thanks Empress, this needs circulating

Ereshkigalangcleg · 01/05/2020 11:20

I watched it this morning. Very stark. Well done TheUterati - hope she can see it even if she can't post.

huntinthehornybacktoad · 01/05/2020 11:47

can't face watching it at but am grateful and will go back to it if needing to challenge people.

"These are not our Crimes" is a great title btw

ScrimpshawTheSecond · 01/05/2020 11:57

Thank you, TheUterati.

I also would like to note the use of transitioning as a defence, leading to criminals being given a lighter sentence, or no sentence.

metro.co.uk/2020/02/27/transgender-shoplifter-spared-jail-no-way-confirm-gender-12314791/

  • is one example.
MockersxxxxxxxSocialDistancing · 01/05/2020 12:05

It matters because words have to mean something or nothing makes sense anymore.

Clymene · 01/05/2020 12:23

Indeed Scrimpshaw.

I am reminded also of that prison governor who gave evidence to the GRA reform committee saying that it was naive to think criminals wouldn't exploit self id.

And while we don't have self id, the judiciary and the media are behaving as though we do.

NotTerfNorCis · 01/05/2020 13:04

why is it a problem that they add to the female crime statistics?

Because it's a lie and paints an inaccurate picture.

We know men commit far more violent and sexual crimes than women. This will muddy the waters.

JellySlice · 01/05/2020 13:17

Best download that ASAP, before the woke blokes and MRAs get it taken down.

EmpressLangClegInChair · 01/05/2020 15:28

I know of at least two copies in safe keeping, JellySlice.
