Posted his request about 5 minutes ago (or at least thats when I saw it) on twitter.

Im not even particularly anti trans, but when I see attempts to whip up mobs like that, I feel that hes making people anti trans.

Sort makes me want to resort to making insidious dog whistle anti trans rhetoric just to fuck with him.

Leaving his trans stance aside, going by the rest of his twitter offerings, hes definitely not the person I would want as a GP. Lacks decorum and gravitas.

Has Fanny Haddock got nothing better to do during a pandemic...

I’m surprised his employers put up with him stirring up shit on social media.
It’s unprofessional at the least. My dh is a Doctor and is extremely careful (to the point of paranoid) about what he posts/ discusses.

I guess he has a day off from volunteering with 111, what a way to spend your time away from helping those during a global pandemic.

Most odd about his employers. Someone who had access to paperwork from his employer, used it to harass Glinner, as I recall, and yet Dr Harrop’s incessant public harassments don’t seem to have been curbed. I’m very glad he’s not my GP (if he has completed his prof qualifications).

Here's some statements for Dr H that have been called 'anti-trans' by his allies:

Service providers should be supported in offering such services through legal and financial means and clear guidance must be issued on the exercising of such rights."

Why is he doing this? Do Arla Dairies advertise on MN and he wants them to withdraw advertising?

If so perhaps posters could send screen shots of the abuse and harassment women have received from TRA so Arla can have a complete picture and understand why women want female only spaces and to be able to discuss the need for this on MN?

How are the complaints against Harrop progressing anyway? I know we're desperately short of doctors but there must be some professional standards, surely?
