I shall be glued to social media this morning and thought it might be useful to have a place where we can post updates as they come in so people need to follow just one thread.
Please post Twitter handles of anyone providing live updates as you find them.
@WeAreFairCop are saying it is likely the judgement will NOT be read out so they hope to get a copy and summarise and tweet after 10.30am

I'm certainly at the point of chalking some pavements and chaining to some railings (I won't say breaking windows as someone no doubt will think that's prosecution worthy Hmm).

I honestly can't say I'm surprised about Kate unfortunately. When you focus on an individual rather than the issue then you open yourself up. It is patently clear how SH operates.

Same here unfortunately.
I’m more optimistic about Harry’s case.

It's a conditional discharge

I cannot believe this.

There is a war on women, there is no denying it now.

So making jokes about golf clubs and visiting people’s places of work - a veiled threat isn’t harassment?

Lou agree with all you’ve said.

I hope he atleast goes easy on the sentencing. Pedos get off with suspended sentences -but they generally have penises and that is the all powerful!

What is a conditional discharge?

I know they are different charges, but surely Kate being guilty if Harry is innocent, sends a very clear (well just even clearer) message about justice for women v justice for men.

I'm disturbed that the Judge in this case mentioned the Fair Cop case. Plus having them on the same day at roughly the same time doesn't look good and we know Friday is a good day to bury bad news.

Oh yes. Forgot women don't have access to fair treatment under the law.

No, it really wouldn’t. They are entirely separate situations with zero similarities.

No idea why Scottow judge would wait for fair cop judge - the “hate” element perhaps?

Problematic IMHO.

FairCop tweeting judgment now.

The offender will receive a criminalrecord.Conditional discharge- the offender is released and the offence registered ontheircriminalrecord. No further action is taken unless they commit a further offence within a time decided by the court (no more than three years).

Conditional discharge basically means she won’t be sentenced unless she does it again..

Operational Guidance lawful but police interfered with HM's rights.

Freedom only to speak inoffensively is not worth having.
