Did think Kate was on wobbly ground when I heard she had numerous accounts.

I'm not surprised about the outcome for Kate though the conditional discharge does make me think that the judge had a lot of sympathy. With Harry having won I wonder if the judge in Kate's case delayed so that the heat would be taken of her because Harry's was released straight after.

BUT I also find the police interfered with the rights of HM in this case. Free speech includes the irritating, the contentious, the unwelcome and the provocative. The freedom only to speak inoffensively is not worth having.

Interesting to compare this part of Harry's Judgement with Kate being convicted of annoyance.

Harry and Kate need different threads - because Kate' outcome is awful, and Harry's is fantastic.
