I shall be glued to social media this morning and thought it might be useful to have a place where we can post updates as they come in so people need to follow just one thread.
Please post Twitter handles of anyone providing live updates as you find them.
@WeAreFairCop are saying it is likely the judgement will NOT be read out so they hope to get a copy and summarise and tweet after 10.30am

His tweets were lawful.

WOW the FC Judgement.

Go Harry.

LouHotel · 14/02/2020 10:37

The basis of conditional discharge will be the understanding of what the judge is trying to do.

It should be that she’s not allowed to contact Hayden, but if it’s along the lines that she’s not allowed to tweet or communicate views that could be considered prejudice then we are in some deep deep shit.

MrsSnippyPants · 14/02/2020 10:37

"HM TWEETS WERE LAWFUL

Police DID interfere with his Article 10 rights.

NOT A SHRED OF EVIDENCE OF HATE"

HARRY WON!!!

The police arguments do not adequately reflect the importance of free speech in a democratic society. Turnig up at his place of work undermines a cardinal freedom. We have never had a GESTAPO. We have never lived in ORWELLIAN SOCIETY

Is that a win for Harry? That the operational guidance is ok? I thought his judicial review point was that it wasn’t...

LynnSchmob · 14/02/2020 10:38

Well done Harry

Did think Kate was on wobbly ground when I heard she had numerous accounts.

I'm not surprised about the outcome for Kate though the conditional discharge does make me think that the judge had a lot of sympathy. With Harry having won I wonder if the judge in Kate's case delayed so that the heat would be taken of her because Harry's was released straight after.

SonicVersusGynaephobia · 14/02/2020 10:39

Which would contradict Harey's judgment, wouldn't it?

theflushedzebra · 14/02/2020 10:39

Please don't post Hayden's tweets here.

Kate Thanks

R0wantrees · 14/02/2020 10:39

Maya Forstarter who is at the court tweets:

"Guilty

Judge says "we teach our children to be kind" "

WeBuiltCisCityOnSexistRoles · 14/02/2020 10:40

Oh, kind, yes. And nice, no doubt.

Women, know your place.

Sexnotgender · 14/02/2020 10:40

I really hope Gestapo is an actual quote from the judge.

MsMcWibble · 14/02/2020 10:40

So sorry about Kate. Will bung some money in if this can be done.
At least the full character of her accuser is known to all now.
Harry winning is so important.
Fucking well done all.

AlunWynsKnee · 14/02/2020 10:41

Bloody well done Harry

ShiveringCoyote · 14/02/2020 10:41

I wonder what would happen if we all identified as gender questioning ( cause yea we question the whole gender feelings) and reported every minor slight as hate crime. Play them at their own game.

theflushedzebra · 14/02/2020 10:41

HARRY!!! Oh thank god. Thank god.

Wine Cake Gin Star Thanks

Fucking get in.

BovaryX · 14/02/2020 10:41

Fantastic news about Harry! Fantastic!

OvaHere · 14/02/2020 10:41

BUT I also find the police interfered with the rights of HM in this case. Free speech includes the irritating, the contentious, the unwelcome and the provocative. The freedom only to speak inoffensively is not worth having.

Interesting to compare this part of Harry's Judgement with Kate being convicted of annoyance.

Tombakersscarf · 14/02/2020 10:42

Any links to judgement on Harry? I can only see the headlines would like to see what the judge said and can't navigate twitter

theflushedzebra · 14/02/2020 10:42

Harry and Kate need different threads - because Kate' outcome is awful, and Harry's is fantastic.

wrongsideofhistorymyarse · 14/02/2020 10:43

Go Harry!
