No doubt some male brain thought this would make women feel more comfortable in the club - NOT

I'm interested to know why racially pejorative terms are now beyond the pale, and would raise eyebrows in a major way if used (and rightly too), but derogatory language against women is still around in everyday discourse.

Indeed, only prudish old women would object to being called slags, and they don't want them in their club anyway. It's a win win for the venue, "accept us calling you slags or fuck off".

I think I like it that this place has that sign up. It means I’d know to turn around and find somewhere better. If the sign wasn’t there I might go in and waste time having a drink before I realised it wasn’t for me.

It would be even simpler if they changed the name to ‘sexist oafs’, but that’s probably too much to ask.
