I was looking for one on twitter but you have to trawl through the whole thread so it would be just easier to read the tweets.

It looks as though the judge meant that if the complainant was calling women terfs, and having a go at them, unfortunately, being a woman isnt a protected characteristic. In terms of hate incidents, that is.

What the judge won't realise (due in part to having better things to do than being on twitter all day ) is that TERF is disproportionately aimed at lesbian women which is a protected characteristic.

I note from the links I posted above that the judge has a solid working class background and comp education prior to higher ed. As we've discussed in other threads such as the Deptford one there is an element of class wars at play in gender ideology.
