I think The Counsel for the Defense is 2BoysandaCairn.

It's an identical circular argument.

StoatofDisarray · 20/11/2019 16:12

Nowhere to sit so I'll lurk outside.

Michelleoftheresistance · 20/11/2019 16:12

'You have evidence to link non crime data to suppression of crime'

What crime? Exactly? Why is the suppression of that one area of crime considered of such importance?

Because tax payers want to know, why are the police wasting time on collating and using non crime data, not about burglary, or rape, or murder, or car theft, but about .... what crime exactly that they feel they have to deter? When there are woefully insufficient resources dealing with actual, evidenced, serious crime with very significant statistics.

IfNot · 20/11/2019 16:12

There is something shameful in using Stephen Lawrence as a human shield isn't there?
YES. Utterly disgusting.

tellmewhenthespaceshiplandscoz · 20/11/2019 16:13

Destinys yes! For some reason I'm wondering what he had for his meal deal lunch. "What lunch do Beardy idiots choose?".

Whatisthisfuckery · 20/11/2019 16:14

I’m making a report whenever anybody equates being blind with being stupid, or thoughtless, or ignorant. As a blind person I feel that this reflects on me in a negative way and it really offends me. There’s a whole back catalog of recording artists I need to report for a start.

MrsSnippyPants · 20/11/2019 16:14

I’m wearing a red top Stoat do say hi!

Michelleoftheresistance · 20/11/2019 16:14

And why is this non crime data considered of such importance that people are actually being contacted and criminalised for it? What crime are they so frantically trying to prevent?

Please. Someone explain. Because I think PC Gul innocently gave the game away and it really is thought crime.

chilling19 · 20/11/2019 16:15

Using Stephen Lawrence - yes, it is horrendous.

OvaHere · 20/11/2019 16:15

Phew caught up now.

This judge sounds on the ball. Fascinating stuff. Between this and Maya's case it's been quite the illuminating week.

Well done to everyone at FC.

titchy · 20/11/2019 16:16

It's toddler politics.

Careful - that's age-hate Grin

StoatofDisarray · 20/11/2019 16:17

I'm wearing a grey wool scarf and flares!

chilling19 · 20/11/2019 16:18

10.30 am resumes. Well done Fair Cop. That was a roller coaster. 👏👏👏👏

ScrimshawTheSecond · 20/11/2019 16:19

phew! Bravo Faircop.

MockersFactCheckMN · 20/11/2019 16:19

There’s a whole back catalog of recording artists I need to report for a start.

I believe Stevie Wonder once agreed that it was a bummer being blind, 'but at least I'm not black...'

ProfessorSlocombe · 20/11/2019 16:22

This judge sounds on the ball

Grin

Well considering their years of legal education, training, experience and application you mean ?

As we all know, anyone you stop on the street is capable of being a High Court Judge, if only they knew where to buy the gavel.

Grin

On a much less frivolous note, it's worth noting recent events elsewhere to try and edge judges out of judgement and work towards a more crowdsourced approach to justice. Expect this judge to become victim to a similar tack Sad

PurpleHoodie · 20/11/2019 16:23

IfNot Yes.

Let's call it as it is.

The transgender ideologists (in the UK certainly) prove through their utterances, and actions, time and time again, to be very racist also. It is not a surprise to many by now.

They call what we would term Ol' school Transsexuals* "Scum" or "Truscum" just to keep the nastiness spread around.

*Females or males who want to present as ultra masculine or feminine 'opposites', but still ackowledge themselves as female or male in reality.

Whatisthisfuckery · 20/11/2019 16:26

Well then I need to report him as well, as despite the fact that I’m demonstrably not black, I feel black, and as has already been stated this week in a court of law, feeling black is the same as being black.

Manderleyagain · 20/11/2019 16:26

Those tweets were a brilliant read. The judge was asking all the right questions. I'm really hopeful. But I know I'll get nothing done again tomorrow!

drspouse · 20/11/2019 16:27

Is there just one more day of this?

ProfessorSlocombe · 20/11/2019 16:28

feeling black is the same as being black.

Genetically it's the same as being human ....

CaptainKirksSpikeyGhost · 20/11/2019 16:29

Genetically it's the same as being human

what if you identify as a puppy?

FloralBunting · 20/11/2019 16:31

That was a helluva ride. More tomorrow? I'm waiting for Jack Nicolson to stride in, all cocked eyebrows and arrogance, ready for the showdown where he gives away the whole thing.

midcenturylegs · 20/11/2019 16:31

Also found this article (although it's from early this morning and so doesn't cover the proceedings from today); www.conservativewoman.co.uk/fighting-back-man-accused-by-the-thought-police-of-trans-hate-crime/

Brilliant reporting / tweeting FC, thank you!
