I guess this is what happens when people believe they are on the right side of the law because they've had expensive training from the likes of Stonewall who represented the law incorrectly.

I don't think it's the witness statement they haven't read. I think it's the transphobic documents they refer to in the statement that they haven't read.

If this is a tribunal to hear all of the case, where are the submissions about whether Maya's sequential contractual arrangements count as "employment"? Or is that an issue that has already been agreed between the parties?

Judge pronounces “trans” as “trahhhns”. V irritating. I think the judge believes TWAW. He said to Kristina this morning that a transwomen with particular medical needs (eg to do with prostate) is just like any woman with particular medical needs.

Oh no, Pigmy! That’s a bit worrying. Although judges have to be really careful to appear balanced and unbiased. Otherwise it makes it easy to appeal their decisions.

To be fair, that's a pretty fair general assessment / overview.
The case isn't about medical needs after all.

I seriously hope this whole shit show peaks the judge the company, and the country.

It will be interesting to see how the journalists report todays witnesses.

I do hope the judge can see the utter insanity of all this. But even if they can't, the journalists will.

A: leaflets just point out removing sex protections will threaten women. Do you accept women have the right to campaign on GRA? Or should they shut up and roll over?
