Following to view later. I saw footage by a guy called Marc Emery. He was in the crowds outside and he starts pointing things out and trying to debate and it’s actually funny - well it would be if it weren’t so depressing. The crowd consisted of loads of WOKE authoritarian females (v depressing), angry males (since when did they care - oh yeah it’s an excuse to have a dig) and some trans. Marc was shut down and shouted at of course. But he is a self identified pot head who doesn’t give a shit.

And they just have these chants on repeat TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS. What does that even mean?

ScrimshawTheSecond · 05/11/2019 09:44

To be honest, I found the footage in the film above terrifying. It's not just 'angry mob', it's masked, furious men, spitting with hatred and fury, all directed at women. I like to think I'm brave, but I would have been absolutely paralysed with fear. Which was no doubt the intention.

It's very frightening. They've given themselves license t to threaten violence. The process is thought, word, deed. There's only one step more to take. The dead animals at VRR were very close. How did those animals die?

That was pure terrorisation.

How can any woman who calls herself a feminist bear to stand alongside those woman-hating violent abusive men?

Driechdrizzle · 05/11/2019 10:20

Agree Scrimshaw, the women who walked into that library to see Meghan Murphy speak were very very brave as is Murphy.

It wasn't "men having a dig", it was men viciously threatening women with real violence.

ScrimshawTheSecond · 05/11/2019 10:22

I found the Marc Emery footage on facebook, thanks Siam.

So in the interests of accuracy, the protestor saying 'you should go home and hang yourself' and 'you'd be better off bleeding out on the floor' was talking to Emery.

It might be interesting to see footage of:

Speaker's Corner

the stairwell at the meeting where Bindel(?) was threatened

the footage of the WPUK meeting in Brighton where protestors were banging on the window

the footage from Meghan Murphy's meeting

All put together.

I don't have video editing software just now or I'd do it ...

i don't think it's man vs woman.
there's lots of women shouting and chanting, too.

it's not 'always men ---to women.'

before megan, there was peterson, milo, linsay sheperd, jen smith...ect ect ect...

ScrimshawTheSecond · 05/11/2019 12:53

The audience of Murphy's talk were almost all women, as far as I can see.

I did note that the protestor instructing violent suicide was addressing his remarks to a man, so you're right there.

There are women shouting and chanting, true, but I didn't find them so threatening as the males. Quite possible that it's a survival response - we notice and focus on what is more dangerous.

And I do think several of these protesters look dangerous.

OP posts:
Driechdrizzle · 05/11/2019 12:55

The women aren't a danger to the female audience the way those male protestors were. Violence was clearly on their minds.

skql · 05/11/2019 12:56

there were too many women.
that's the problem.

on outsiders view, it looks like that's women sided with trans movement.
then guys doesn't feel need to cut in.
'well you like it... we don't care.'
'where's feminist?'

so trans movement has faces of women.
that's problem.

just my thought.

ScrimshawTheSecond · 05/11/2019 13:02

Yes, I know what you mean, skql.

I think a lot of people see this as a feminist-created issue. The majority don't differentiate between different types of feminism, and just see the whole debate (such as it is) as left-wing politics collapsing and destroying itself.

OP posts:
skql · 05/11/2019 13:02

woman hurts woman too.
it's just different way when man hurts woman.

and when i saw this kind of video, i find out how many women are there, and depressed.
i bet the 'woman' doesn't think herself woman anymore.
think them selves gender neutral or male.

skql · 05/11/2019 13:05

@ScrimshawTheSecond

i agree with you....

Helmetbymidnight · 05/11/2019 13:05

That video is shocking.

Driechdrizzle · 05/11/2019 13:09

In what ways would you say it was different skql? Do you think the levels of harm are the same?

skql · 05/11/2019 13:20

@Driechdrizzle

actually more harm.
righteousness?(sorry i can't find proper word. bad english)

that guys, punching, shouting...

but women there...

'well i'm also woman but i stand with tw!'
'we woman must be inclusive!'

that us woman's soccer player...
(i can't remember name, but famous lesbian and captain..)
said ' woman have to be inclusive in sports.'
and sided with transgender player.

and when i saw that....it's really hurts.

and actually there's more men have gc view.
i don't think it's man vs woman.

Siameasy · 05/11/2019 13:35

God I’ve just watched it yeah it’s awful, agree, terrifying.
The Marc Emery video where he’s interacting with them doesn’t show as much anger and hate as that. Bloody hell. They are so sinister.

In not usually of the ‘name and shame’ brigade but when I see photos of people with faces partially covered carrying homemade cardboard guillotines (who the hell has time for that??) and threats, I really hope their family and colleagues see this and recognise them.

Siameasy · 05/11/2019 14:26

There’s another report from Rebel TV where someone tries to interview the trans activists and surprise surprise they are hiding their faces. No one agrees to speak to the interviewer and some of them are very aggressive.

skql · 05/11/2019 14:30

@Driechdrizzle

i think you and i discussing different kind of men.

tw are man. but who that's not what i mean 'man.'
i simply call trans woman. and yes, it hurts.
it hurts so i'm here.

when i mean 'man' : the woke brothers shouting there.
protesting progressive guys.
ready to punch every one including man woman child elders jounalist
religious pp feminist veterans...

and [ it's not about 'man' and 'woman' ]

Driechdrizzle · 05/11/2019 14:37

Men invented trans skql, not women. The harm originates from them however much women support them.

I don't understand why you're trying to downplay sexual politics on a feminist board. Who exactly does that help? (Clue: not women)

bloodynamechange · 05/11/2019 14:38

This is terrifying. Why are they so angry and full of hate?

Driechdrizzle · 05/11/2019 14:42

Anyway, you made a blanket generalised statement which I was questioning. This one:

"woman hurts woman too.
it's just different way when man hurts woman."

When I asked you to explain you particularised it again. But you seem to be saying that women are as harmful to women as men are. That simply isn't true.

Driechdrizzle · 05/11/2019 14:44

Those women refusing to answer questions about Yaniv on the Rebel News video looked cowed and ashamed of themselves. Too afraid to join the women in the library, they should have stayed at home rather than allying themselves with the woman-hating men there.
